Following the advice of the government issued on 23rd March our apartments are currently closed.  We are currently only accepting new bookings with an arrival date on or after 1st June 2020, this will be reviewed regularly and is subject to change according to government advice.

1. Refunds and cancellations 

We fully appreciate that guests may not wish to travel at this time and whilst we would like to be able to assist we also need to try and preserve our business through these incredibly difficult times.  We therefore have no choice but to implement our standard terms and conditions for all bookings.

2. Changing the date of my booking

As we value all of our customers and we can fully appreciate the concerns over travelling in the immediate future we have decided that for bookings made prior to 16th March with an arrival date on or before the 30thMay 2020 you may change the start of the booking by up to 12 months, subject to availability.  Please be aware that depending on the date of the revised booking you may have to make a further payment or may receive a partial refund.

At present any bookings with an arrival date following 30th May 2020 will be subject to the standard terms and conditions.

3. If I need to cancel my holiday because I or one of my group catch Coronavirus or have to self-isolate what happens?

In this very unfortunate circumstance please check your travel insurance as to whether you would be covered.  We will only offer refunds as per our terms and conditions as explained above but we would endeavour to assist by offering a change of dates.

4. If I am advised not to travel by a medical practitioner what do I do?

The position is the same as in 3 above.
