Statement update – April 2021
We are very happy to be welcoming guests back to West House and are looking forward to a far more sociable summer than the last few months have meant for us all.
We are continuing with our enhanced cleaning procedures including fogging the apartments to kill any known viruses after carrying out a thorough disinfecting clean whilst wearing protective equipment. Protective gloves will be changed at vital points during the clean for example after bed linen has been stripped and bagged up. Duvets, pillows, throws and scatter cushions will be rotated after each guest. While all accessible regularly touched surfaces will be wiped with disinfectant at each visit. Including (but not limited to) stair hand rails, lock boxes, wheelie bins, sanitising gel bottles, key and key rings, all handles, locks, switches and sockets.
Sanitising gel dispensers are located at the lock boxes and in the communal hallway of West House.
We ask that if guests are feeling unwell before travelling, please contact us and we would be happy to postpone your booking to a more suitable time*
